Let's hypothetically say that what you said is true, that Joe Biden and/or Democrats are somehow behind all of these prosecutions of Trump. OK, if they were, the Supreme Court just ruled that would be perfectly fine if Biden had ordered it. 

You've just said, that you think if Biden is behind the prosecutions of Trump, that should be illegal. Well, I agree with that. However, the Supreme Court has through the immunity ruling made clear, they don't agree with either of us. 

They believe that if Biden were to go after Trump, have him arrested, if he is doing it as an official act because he thinks that is what is best for the country...well...totally fine in their eyes. 

That makes no F-ing sense wouldn't you say? I think we agree on that. 

A president SHOULD NOT use/abuse the legal system to prosecute a political rival in an attempt to win an election.
