What would Dan have to stand up to David for? If you don't want to talk to us, why do you come here? Why does it matter to you if this place exists? Or that we have these conversations? Why are you telling us to get rid of this place?

Something does not add up here, Pat. We should all go because you don't like what we say? Seriously? 

Funny thing is, this is exactly what we have been talking about around here. It in some ways makes this place even more important, the very fact we have these open conversations here. We can have a conversation here, say things in a longer form, and not get swamped by bots and idiots as happens on the big social media sites. 

You or someone like Marc try to provoke reactions, mainly from David, and then criticize him and others when they react. Are you really surprised by what gets said back to you here? I don't think you are. That's the idea isn't it, just do these drive by shootings where you rile people up and then disappear? 

I think Dan, E, and David have had your number for some time, I've been the stupid one because I've tried to have a conversation with you, and it just always goes nowhere. My bad, and I have apologized for doing it. 

When I ask you or when I asked Marc a direct question, you guys vanish. Or in one case you just said, "I don't want to talk about that." and time passes and you show up again and it is another drive by to see who you can piss off. 

Pointless, Pat, totally pointless. 

This place does not operate like social media sites, Pat, where if you try to have a conversation you have to scream it over a brutally loud jet engine of buffoonery. 

And just to be clear here, David and Dan are superb people. Both are gentleman, kind, thoughtful, and highly intelligent. They are also generous and some very fine people to spend time with...I can say that from experience. That's not ass kissing, that's just the truth. I do love the guys because both of them have earned that from me. And it is not because they just agree with my politics, that is one minor thing in life. 

They are just outstanding people, Pat, great human beings. That goes beyond whatever other talents or skills they have. One lesson that is true in life, when you meet good people, stick with them. You'll be better for it. 

If you get on the wrong side of them, they will let you know...and that's how it should be. They are honest dealers. You don't get that out of the blue here, Pat, you come and ask for it. 

So, don't come here and take shots at my friends, Pat, because it does not reflect on them...it reflects on you, and it ain't pretty. 

I will give you this though, you are consistently poorly informed on pretty much every topic you bring up, so, you know, you've got that going for you.
