*** Today it looks like a helicopter was shot down in Iraq - 9 dead. Yesterday, sleeping quarters were attacked - 1 dead, 34 injured. Since Saddam's capture, 23 dead, many injured.... ***
True. Unfortunately, lives will be lost and people will be hurt in any military action. Iraq is no different than Europe in 1941. I DO feel safer and it's because of what these people are people are doing in Iraq. You don't?
*** Al Queda is bombing in many places at will... ***
"At will?" C'mon. They've bombed soft targets in third world countries. If they were truely able to run around bombing people "at will", don't you think there'd be more attacks against the infidels in the west?
*** We are at Orange Alert in the US...flights being canceled and on and on and on.... ***
GOOD! I don't remember of anyone dying on a cancelled flight. It's that type of security and precautionary action that may have already SAVED thousands of lives. ANOTHER reason to feel safer.
*** And you say we are SAFER? Now, if you can't see the damage of how the Bushies carried out this Iraq mess has changed how America is seen, you are too biased. ***
OK, I'm biased. But I feel safe.
*** And you need to do more research on this so called "coalition" force. Who has helped out and what they have provided to help out is a joke. AMERICANS and British are the true "coaltion" force. ***
The point I was making is that Dean said we went in alone. We didn't. Some of our allies and friends stepped up and did what they could. You calling their contribution "a joke" is insulting and contemptable.
