I’d like to know what the photo means to you.  What you’ve started here could be a very interesting topic for discussion.  Some may say it represents a man caught in the middle between what he’s been told is right and what really is.  Some may say he represents all that is wrong with the war in Iraq.  Pictures, it’s been said speak a thousand words and this one to me is no different.  As sad as the picture may appear, I can’t help but see the youngster at such an early age standing at a fork in the road.  His father is about to lead him toward a direction for which he cannot know the anger and hate which will follow.  I feel sadness for what I see in this photo.   Sadness because two more people are traveling a road to hell, littered with the bodies of so many people.

That’s just my view of the photo.  I’d be interested in hearing others.
