How is it that when a judge makes a "radical" judgement like say .....oh I don't know....Okaying a gay marriage or gay unions, they are accused of being an "activist" ? Followed immediatly by a call to alter the Constitution.

Yet if George can't get his Judicial appointment through the system, thats in place supossedly to create checks and balances, he waits till the end of the news week , invokes executive power, thereby burying the story and giving a big FU to those that oppose his choice. What happens when it comes time to appoint someone to the  Supreme Court ?? Maybe he can find a way to get Jeb or Neil in there.

If I'm missing the point here someone please correct me.
