WILLIAM HUNG
I don't know if anyone has heard of this guy but his record was number 34 on the Billboard charts recently. It's still number 41 on the Amazon sales chart. You know what that means? It means this kid is selling a lot of records.
My wife told me about him tonight because the kids in the school system where she teaches are all crazy about him. She is putting together a play with the kids in French and they get to write it. They all want to be William Hung and pretend to be on American Idol. She brought home the record tonight because she wanted to hear what all the kids were flipping out about...then she became alarmed when she heard it and thought that the kid had a learning disability and the kids were all making fun of him.
Why is this popular? Does anyone know? Does anyone know anything about this kid? Any answers would be a great help. We've never seen American Idol and we're a bit in the dark on this and my wife is very unsure if she should allow the kids to portray William Hung in any way. If anybody has any imput it would be a great help.
