I could chuck a lot of "judgement" rhetoric at you at this point but I'm just as judgemental as the next guy so I'll keep my trap shut. One of my MAIN oppositions against the death penalty is NOT that bad folks don't deserve punishment, but it's my lack of faith in the investigative/judicial process. Plus, I think that bad folks need to be studied very closely so we can learn what makes em that way and learn ways to prevent it in the future.
So, here's the next big question. If I propose to keep all these people alive, unwanted babies, bad people, Iraqi's, etc. How are we going to feed them?
