Robert Plant and the New Sensation-Mighty
RearrangerHas anyone heard this recording?
Tin Pan Valley in particular?
To Me Robert Plant has been
persistant and true to class
throughout his career with Led Zeppelin
and as a solo performer.
I bought this one confused,
and uncertain of just what to expect.
I loved "Fate of Nations" and Page and Plant's
"Walking into Clarksdale".
There is so much history of
respect for the music he has produced.
how can he possibly continue to have it?
It's hard to ignore his new band's sound,
"Tin Pan Valley" has a Doors "L.A. Woman"
sound
catchy as hell. "Shine has a "When the Levy
Breaks" vibe going for it. Plant's "Now and Zen"
for 2005, remarkable!
The Bonham Beat/spirit is evident,
sounds like Plant's been listening to Massive
AttackI'm satisfied, a journey of significance, another
chapter for Bob.
