John Kerry was never accused of war crimes. Bob Kerrey was. The fact that John Kerry looks back with horror on that war and his involvement in it, and that he is self-examining and self- accusatory doesnt make him a war criminal, unless everyone who carried a rifle in Vietnam is, as well.
