If you have been paying attention the only other country catching our guys cuts their heads off and sends the film to AlJazeer for the news that night

That we know about.  If you believe that everything bad that happens shows up on the nightly news, I've got some land to sell you.

Have you read about what really goes on in War? What we have is a very over zelous press ready to amplifiy any negative of this war. I know it makes the PC police feel better but it denegrates the morale of the troops and in the end hurts rather than helps the war effort. This of course is obvious to all but the most bleeding of hearts

Apparently you're choosing to ignore my second sentence of that paragraph where I said "In fact, I don't have that much of a problem with much (but not all) that what went on at Abu Grahib."  The problem is as much with the command as with the media.  I'm quite certain the US military committed far worse atrocities in VietNam, Korea, WWII, probably even Gulf War 1, but you didn't see photos from some hillbilly Private leaking out, did you?  That's because those operations were far better commanded than this one.  The military controls it's own morale, not the press.  Let's put blame where blame belongs, from Bush, Dick, and Rummy on down.
