IMHO...no. I would assume the man himself would step up and give us the news... "in a casual post, as he happens to do now-and-then." Dan created this site. I don't think he should be expected to be DB's publicist as well. But if they have some sort of arrangement, so be it. I assumed the site was much more casual than that.
