First, there is a concept called "intent"...Then there is actual PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, do you know what that is Dale? Since you might not, it is something you can hold in your hand. It's tangible. Physical.On these items of evidence are handwritten note telling Libby what to do with this information and providing him with instructions on who to talk to, how to talk to them, where to take them, et cetera. Most likely these instructions came from Dick Cheney, or that is where it is believed they came from. These instructions are clear to those with half a brain. But with Libby's acting job of a limited memory (which is quite odd because before this went to trial, everyone who spoke of Libby seemed to mention his great mind) he obstructed the investigation, FBI agents and the grand jury into further inquiry. Quit hiding behind blind loyalty.
