You.ve got it all wrong mate, here in Amerika, we believe the way to help these starving, disease wridden, down trodden is to bomb them into liberty. That will teach them the free market system as they learn to sell aid to their neighbors for an inflated fee, then, they will be able to provide for themselves.( fuck 'em if they don't learn to diversify) Obviously, you know little of our generous methods. So, we are in effect, making a difference as more and more of our tax dollars feed the industrialized military complex as to build up enough death machines so that we can move in and give these folks an incentive to take care of themselves by bombing their own neighbor for a potato. The rubble in our wake makes great potting soil.
