Listen, Pat, I don't even see a story here. I see some comment Dale posted from some guy. I see that Harry Reid must have made some dumb remark. So one guy saying something dumb is bigger than the corruption of the Justice Department? What planet do you live on bro? 
Your utter hate for Alberto(who should get fired because he has a case of the dumbass) is clouding your big picture view. Reg when we have a high ranking official stating we have lost the war what message does that send to terrorist countries like Iran and Iraq? Do you think that increases or decreases terrorism recruitment? Do you think it helps the morale of the soldiers over there? Do you think it makes it safer for them?

What Alberto did firing the lawyers did not break any laws. They can legally fire those guys at any point. Why they kept them up to this point is anybody's guess but if you ask the average American they could give a flying fuck about Alberto and those 8 lawyers. Why because the impact is not clear. It is like the Scooter Libby thing and for that matter the Imus thing. The Democrats are in full fledged combat mode because they are empty on any ideas of their own. Other than cut and run in Iraq I have not heard much out of them.
