County and State engineers, the Corps of the Engineers, National Engineering firms. and they're looking at Rail Real Hard...
My company is looking for rail experience second only to people to go to Loisianana to work on reconstruction. If you know any Civil Engineers interested in field work in Nawlins, send me their resume - I get a Hefty bonus if they stay a year.
