So in a sense we have the procurors (via committees or whatever that deem these things necessary) and the implementors? Do the procurors ever ask the implementors if what they would like to accomplish is possible/feasible? And GM, agree to your assessment of what ole D Rock said.I was wandering around the net looking at oil leases and such and found that back around 2001 PBush was talking about how we needed to produce more United States oil to keep gas prices down, and then allowed leases or sales? of public lands, of the shale oil variety, 40 million acres or so, to the oil companies. Of that 40 million acres, only 10 million have been worked on, as it were, and not successfully and also, keeping gas prices down was not a success. Why does anyone think that PBush can tell the truth about anything? Also, am I remembering right in that 70% of US produced oil is sold elsewhere?
