Bush and Africa
Not that I'm a big fan of Bush ( I'm indifferent, I guess) but this board is eerily silent in giving credit to this administrations efforts in Africa. Admittedly, we don't know the whole story in regards to motive but whatever the reason, isn't this a good thing? This article pointed out a surprising track record that has, I think, been ignored to a certain extent. Check this out:
