So if it's all for oil, does that nullify the good will that can/will be done? Like I said, I'm indifferent to Bush, but I don't think one side(Republicans) is bad and one side(Democrats) is good. These are professional politicians we're talking about.They're usually all bad. You don't do things like give 15 billion dollars away just because you feel like it. You do it for other reasons. If your looking for ANY country to just give away that kind of cash, you're kidding yourself. Still, isn't this a good thing?
