Thanks, EEE for your kind words.

There's been a ton of reflection on my part in all of this. None of my change came about quickly but once I saw how wrong I'd been in some pretty important areas (mostly with respect to the war and economy...a couple of biggies) I knew that all of what I'd been hanging on to needed to be reexamined.

I don't mind admitting I was wrong. Better that than to continue to defend that which is indefensible.
