Here's the thing Reg - voter turnout in the primaries this year is second only to the 2008 Obama/Clinton smackdown which still stands as the highest turnout in primaries ever (including this year's Trump-mania on the R side). I guess if you're aiming for the top spot - then yeah - voter turnout was "low". But really it wasn't. And you're right - it ain't a conspiracy. It's just math.
