I'm curious to know what is in the employment contracts that allow them to bring huge disgrace to the network and yet walk away with tens of millions of dollars in severance pay. Is there no line they can cross that would prevent them from a huge severance package? It seems O'Reilly crossed that line and Carlson likely as well.
