A group of us are going to have to come to your house and do an intervention if you keep watching bad reality TV. If things have deteriorated to an extreme level, we will have David lead the intervention because we know you will listen to him. 

Now, back away from the TV and put on the Eagles Greatest Hits record and set it on repeat.
