When I wrote the original post, it was when Wade was on and I had no idea Willis was going to testify. Then she did.
Wow. Both horrible and good and how her appearance will actually be perceived will be largely influenced and created by the media.
One legal pundit pointed out that attorneys are the worst kind of witnesses, that they can't keep their mouths shut and any attorney that represents themselves has a client for a fool.
Both she and Wade proved all of those adages, however, it looks like today that the media (other than Faux I assume because I don't view Faux hardly at all) is providing her with a positive spin.
Still, I think both of them would have been much more effective if they had taken some sort of anti-diarrhea tonic for the mouth.
And I get back to my original post and how, so fucking what if Wade spent money he earned from Georgia on a booty call? They did nothing to prove that Willis specifically hired Wade for the purpose of defrauding the government by submitting fraudulent invoices for their relationship.
While I have CNN on to see the findings of the NY case, I now see they have the father of Fani Willis on the stand. I mean, come the fuck on (on a humorous note, it looks like the Dad also has an issue with just "yes" or "no" and is just going on and on).
It just shows, the judge has allowed this to go way off into the weeds instead of doing what the legal scholars have suggested.
