Along with the questions asked of Stormy Daniels, there is one question the Prosecution could have asked Stormy Daniels to really deal with the "did they or did they not" and that is this one: Prosecutor: "I am not asking you for specifics, but for those that doubt your veracity, is there some detail - physical, emotional, verbal, behavior, or otherwise - that you know of regarding your intimate time with Donald Trump that only those who have been intimate with him in the past would know?"
Then, after Daniels' reply of "yes," the prosecutor could have added, "Like I mentioned, I'm not interested in specifics at this time, but the defense may choose to explore these intimate details during cross."
Something like this would have put the kernel of thought into the minds of the jurors as to what quirk or distinctive thing Daniels would have known about and not only reinforced her believability, but also given an area Trump's lawyers probably would have avoided.
