shaddup, muggsy, yer freakin hilarious when you want to be. while i've cracked many bemused smiles at many a post from many a person, you and dewester have made me crack up out loud, and even if Jesus doesn't, well, i still love you. i would've voted for you, too, but i needed the vote myself and the little boss upstairs wouldn't tolerate any kind of selflessness, not when there was a genuine bonus no-prize at stake.

i grudgingly and bitterly chalk Mick's tainted victory (recount! recall!) up to the fact that he is an exotic species here, from some faraway land of strangeness and mystery, and the fact that we can even understand a single word he grunts from 'twixt ale-sodden choppers just fills us with a huge sense of accomplishment. in our confused perhaps even fearful state, our nervousness evokes laughter as a survival mechanism against the unfamiliar and possibly dangerous. while Mick may be getting more familiar to us, i continue to believe that he is a danger to us. you know what happens next.

PS - on a serious note, thanks for plugging for/including me on the ballot. i didn't need to win; it's enough for me to just merit a mention. :) i really enjoy this community very much and am pleased to be of any value in our little village, as we go 'round and 'round in order to create a better, more unified world. thanks and God bless.
