And I think this is one of the smartest things anyone has ever written here: "Let's not hate each other or ignore each other just because we may disagree on some things. Like I said earlier, there are great ideas on both sides. Let's listen to each other and work together. We can get a hell of a lot more accomplished if we listen and understand each other. We're in deep trouble if we continue to walk around with our blinders on while we stuff our ears with cotton." Roger said something similar recently. I keep thinking it would be cool to start a DBIS book club, where the lefties read Coulter and the righties read Hightower. I wonder who'd be up for it. It would make for some terrific conversation...and hopefully increased understanding of opposing viewpoints.
