Shit floats, my man. Always has. And radio has pretty much always sucked--maybe not as much as it does right now, but whatever. Sure, FM had its brief heyday, but that was many many years ago.
Lotsa good music out there. Those of us who are proactive enough to look for it will find it; those of us who are content to be spoonfed will continue to be blissfully ignorant. It's all good.
Right now I'm digging Inara George's debut, the Bill Frisell & Petra Haden record, and the latest Iron & Wine...
