I think the term the juror used was "fall guy", ie fall guy for Cheney. From what I understand, the evidence suggesting Cheney's (and Rove's) involvement in Valerie Plame's outing and the War on Joe Wilson is about as indisputable as you can get. The real question is not whether Libby is pardoned or not. The real question is whether the House Judiciary Committee and Waxman's committee pick up the ball that Pat Fitzgerald just ran downfield.
