I was glad to see you again Kevin. And would like to say hello and answer some of your questions.

Yes, I used to be a moderate republican and used to vote that way. I can understand and even like some modern moderate democratic ideals (abortion, religion etc).

But it seems to me that democrats (they won't tell you this) went far left and so I went far right. Even to the detriment of the GOP because they failed my beliefs.

Democrats will probably win in coming elections and I won't care because I want the GOP to know that I am done with them. We call them RINO's (republicans in name only).

What I want is for the Washington power establishment just to do what I've elected them to do and it wouldn't even matter if it was a democrat or a republican as long as I was convinced that they had my (as an American taxpayer) interests in mind but none of them do. Ever.

And so. I find myself middle aged (David's age actually and where has he been anyway?) and wonder why anyone believes anything that comes out of a politicians mouth? Because I've been around long enough to know it is a lie.

I aligned myself with the tea party because we want to change things in Washington. We want it to REALLY be better for everyone but what is going on now isn't getting it. But we also aren't wanting to harm anyone. But yeah, we want to shake things up.

It probably won't happen in my lifetime but I know we could could make the country better with more freedom and everybody could get along well.

The division in the GOP has really shaken them up and the establishment hates us for it, but that is what I want and we are on a new mission to get our country back even if nobody else cares.

And seemingly nobody does. Oh is Dancing with Stars on? Yeah that it is our new voters. I'm kind of against that.
