Basically, I would be careful what you call a conspiracy. Normally, I think of that as something done in secret...not right out in the open in plain sight and with little consideration about hiding it.

To label something like voter disenfranchisement or manipulation of polling stations or voting numbers a "conspiracy" is a mistake and makes the sad error of labeling something that really goes on and that is an actual strategy to win elections, some sort of nutty fringe idea...when it is no such thing.

It was an open strategy by the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and the media to suppress turnout for the Democratic primaries and to downplay any wins Bernie had...to manipulate things in Clinton's favor. That's not a "theory" it is just what happened. Lower voter turnout and fewer votes counted worked in Hillary's favor in the primary process. In the general election they will attempt to go in the opposite direction because higher voter turnout will work for Hillary and against Trump.

It's just strategy not conspiracy.
