When I heard one of the recall initiators interviewed last niht (Ted Costa) he mentioned his group will next fight for a more reasonbable redistricting process, maybe a bipartisan, independent commission. I heartily agree with his points, we need competitive districts, when there is essentially only one viable candidate voters really have no choice, it kinda reminds of the Soviet Union's elections, Costa said he would like to be able to choose between 10 or 12 people I agree.
