Icon Real evidence vs rumor and right wing fantasy...

It gets so old hearing the same story over and over again.

On one hand, we have a man who fled a war he supported and on the other we have a man who volunteered.  Then we have a group of disgruntled people who are spouting lies that have been revealed through what is called direct evidence - eye witness and documentary evidence.

And all you right wingers want to do is throw out the word of Newsmax, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, Matt Drudge and O'Lielly.   And to compare Time magazine to the newspaper owned by Reverend Moon is quite a joke.

There are ample sites that list the lies and distortions of these people over and over.

Yes, I will agree that Moore uses creative license and Franken uses satire, however, I want someone to show me their creation of lies that equal the lies of the Swiftboaters.

The Swiftboaters claim to witness things when not present, treat Kerry when not present, retract claims, lie about their own presence in Cambodia and so (Yes, it is now being said Kerry may have been in Cambodia during Jan or Feb, instead of Dec; whoopee dee doo - O'Neill said he was NEVER in Cambodia and now a tape reveals him telling Nixon he WAS in Cambodia).

As for Kerry's medical documents - go to JohnKerry.com.  But really, who gives a fucking shit?  At the least, HE WENT.  Hell, if you think of it, Clinton had more balls than Bush - Clinton was against the Vietnam war and protested against it - George Bush was for it and avoided it - Says something about one standing up for their beliefs, huh?

As for the supposed 16 of 23 commanders, I'd love to know how many of them are irked with Kerry and his after war activities.  I would probably say most of them.
