Seems to be a hot topic of late. Seems the Democrats have finally jumped on and made a stand on national security. I would like to think they are sincere but I think it is more of political move rather than a concern for our well being.

Funny how we can globalize all business except the pharmaceuticals.
Bush had to eat some words during the campaign debates when he originally was all for letting Canadian companies compete for the allmighty prescription drug dollar. Both in my hometown (population 12,000) and just down the street we have a Walgreens on one side of the road and a CVC on the other. That tells me we either have a hell of a lot of old sick people or just plain lots of people taking prescription drugs

I also wish the Democrats would jump in on the emminent domain issue of businesses  taking land from private homeownerns to develop malls (for the good of the community). I see no mainstream coverage of this. Why is that?
