So we shouldn't worry about it until the local gov't says that we have to give up part/all of legally owned/titled property because Saks/Macy's/Sears/WalMart/Target/Starbucks/Home Depot/KFC/whomever else the crap wants to build yet another location?

That's half the reason we're in the pile of dung that we are, as few are willing to address an issue or an injustice until an overwhelming portion of the population has been figuratively sodomized.  I reference the situation in New Orleans as exhibit A.
