Shrub being hailed as a hero is utterly disgusting....I think of Max Cleland out of Georgia (recall him? The Vietnam vet who lost both legs and an arm in Vietnam, and who the right dared to cast as unpatriotic during the midterm elections?!?) and can't believe no one on the right is filled with shame over that crap. But what is the most disgusting is how the Republicans cast today's events for THEIR political purposes, rather than that of the troops...if Shrub really would have wanted to honor the troops he would have came in low key instead of stealing the deserved thunder of our soldiers....

To be honest, I would have loved to see him crawl out of the plane with a lap full of puke from air sickness...
