R,

Not that I am super smart or special, but I can honestly state, from 9/11 to the start of the Iraq War, in real time, I knew that it was all built on pure bullshit and lies.

It had nothing to do with "wanting" it to be wrong or hoping the US was wrong. At the time, because of the sources I read and the people I listened to, I knew it was all wrong about Iraq.

I realize this sounds arrogant and to some may be based in the "hindsight is 20/20" but it is not. And I think many of my posts of the past here will reveal just this.

Many of the same things, actions and procedures were what we saw in Gulf War 1, were present here. Remember the babies being jerked off of incubators by Hussein's people in Kuwait? Iraqi tanks being amassed on Saudi Arabia's borders (the CIA later admitted none of their satellite photos showed that, nor did they claim they did).

I used to be able to cite the biggest lies - the mobile death labs, the aluminum tubes, the drones, the 45 minute England attack, the ability to attack the US's shores in a short time, and on.

And all it took was the simple practice of reading the right sources and listening to the right people. Especially those people with a track record in honest, history and experience in these issues and ones with no bias or self-interest.
