I have never said I hated anyone and that includes Bush, Powell, et al. please don't make assumptions on my personal motivations. I'm speaking in general terms of the types of national stories that gain "legs". My comments were not pro-Clinton or anti-Bush. That was simply the example I was using to make my point. During the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal there was a constant stream of news coverage, talk radio, talk show, man in the street opinions, etc. Everybody seemed to be discussing the scandal; there were supporters, but a large number of americans were screaming for his neck because he was leading the degradation of american morals. There is no such fervor now. My question is why is this not an important issue to americans, but a sex scandal is . . .
