Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that the Internal Revenue Service would be the “easiest enforcer” of penalties against those who refuse to comply with the new health care law.

How arbitrary will that be folks(:careful what you ask for)? Listen to Wasserman on CNN, she references this as Administrative Law(meaning no opportunity for a jury of your peers). While also pointing out the O'Care penalties are lighter than those under RomneyCare in Mass.

Some commentators are suggesting CJ Roberts has created a precedent for 'fencing in' the commerce clause. That he slipped in a farsighted precedent for the constitutionalist. I'm doubtful it matters.

The only thing(s) I'm sure of is we'll end up paying more for less actual health care(the administrative costs of the new bureaucracy alone(beginning with 16,500 IRS agents) clearly won't contribute to any health care). The government will now have reason to butt its nose into your every crevice(including your home). How long before we hear the constant refrain "a little more money will fix the unanticipated problems" per Pelosi's, "we'll have to pass it to know what's in it" (talk about a dumbed down cowed public-when it should have been yelling, SAY WHAT?!?). And last but not least, rationing will amount to death panels(the richest country is deeply in debt, as are most states and towns-be honest, the usual suspects will get the usual short end of the stick-the working poor.).

Too, let us not forget the next frontier of Uncle Stalker, which mind you, is technologically feasible, presently:
