Another just wow moment yesterday with Trump being indicted again in Georgia along with 19 of his co-conspirators. The Republican party is the biggest disaster I have ever seen in my lifetime watching politics. This kind of total implosion has never happened before in this country. 

Trump is utterly destroying his Republican opponents in primary polling. Nobody is even close to him. Oddly, this new indictment for attempting to destroy an free and fair election in Georgia, a total and complete betrayal of the country, will make him more popular with his base, and will further make him more unpopular with Democrats and Independents, that will ensure he will lose to whomever his Democratic opponent is...Biden, Harris, Mickey Mouse...would not matter. 

The first Republican presidential debate is about to take place and it will be almost a complete joke because the entire field that shows up are all just also rans that can't gain ground on Trump. In a sane world, Republican voters would turn away from Trump with him facing nearly 80 felony charges for his attempts to betray and destroy our nation...but no...about 50% of Republicans prefer him over the other Republican candidates. That is just plain crazy and apparently about 50% of Republicans would like to convert to fascism over democracy. 

What a strange place we have arrived at. 

I do not expect Trump to have a shot at becoming president again with one fairly horrible exception. If Joe Liberman and Joe Manchin get their third party No Labels presidential campaign off the ground, that could alter the numbers in the general election to the extent that it makes a Trump victory possible. It may eliminate Biden's margins in certain states so that he loses to Trump. 

All the time and effort and nonsense the Democrats throw at RFK Jr., they should be aiming at Liberman and Manchin because they would be the only path to a Trump victory. What a horrid couple of clowns these guys are.
