I guess I don't know how other people see it. I don't watch a lot of TV news but I think they are explaining it, at least in what I have seen. Ari Melber, I think, does as good a job laying things out as anybody on TV. His show is worth watching.
Here he is showing Roger Stone explaining the plan, as if it appears to be his plan, two days before the election was called for Biden. Pretty clear to me what that means but I guess I have no idea if other people understand it.
