I will probably sound extremely cold hearted but I live among this MAGAts and, until 5 months ago, was married to one. For the most part, they are angry people and are mean spirited unless they think you’re one of them. Because I’m white in a rural, Southern ruby red county/district people tend to assume I’m a trumper. You should have heard the things people on my (upscale, very nice) neighborhood private Facebook page would say when I’d ask if any happened to know what happened to my (fill in the blank with a Democratic presidential candidate) sign that had been in front of my house IN MY OWN YARD. Or the things people would comment when politics wasn’t even the topic but they felt trump had to be brought into everything and “others” needed to be disparaged. 

Ok. I’m finished. It’s just exhausting living around these nasty people.
