The New York Court of Appeals (like Supreme Court) voluntarily looked at Judge Engoron's gag order in tRump's civil fraud case and basically said "Yep. Looks like it's good to us." so the gag order will stand. So either The Orange Menace will stop talking OR he'll owe a great deal of money in fines.

Also, SCOTUS denied certiorari to a case from Indiana where the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had already issued  an order granting transgender boys the  use of the boy's bathroom. This was in opposition to a policy in an Indiana school district that said that students had to use the bathroom of the gender assigned to them at birth. By SCOTUS refusing to take this case, it means that the Court of Appeals decision stands and transgender students can use the bathroom of their gender.
