Idk Mick. I guess with the orange idiot, it just means that in some small way he's finally getting at least a little comeuppance. The more he has to pay in court fines, the better. All of his life he has gotten away scot-free. It's like the bratty kids that used to play on my boys' baseball teams. The really good players that always made the plays and made the base hits or home runs knew that they could always have all the tantrums in the dugout that they wanted. No matter what they did, they got to play the next inning because the coach wanted them in so the team could win. Year after year they got brattier and brattier. The same with this orange menace to the world in general. No one ever wanted to take him out of the game because he had all the money or something and every year he grew worse and worse until now he's an extremely dangerous malignant narcissist who is on the precipice of destroying our democracy. 

In the other case, it's just good news that FINALLY SCOTUS is not shitting on trans kids like they have shit on women, people of color, etc, etc. lately. It's just a little win in a sea of extremely disheartening losses. It gives me, at least, the hope to know I've got to keep fighting because you never know. We might actually beat these MFers.
