It's funny that there are people that are in one camp or the other and the dividing line is most often Rubber Soul or Revolver. I think Pat is in your camp with the early stuff if I remember correctly.

The thing is you have the advantage of having experienced this stuff first hand. I got it all after the fact. So I don't think I have the same reference points you have with the rush of excitement that people got during the first wave of Beatlemania.
