Also --- that bit about JIMI copying the style of an unknown and obscure guitar player --- is simply not true. JIMI brought heretofore unknown aspects of guitar to the stage --- if BLIND LEMON WHAT'S HIS NAME was so influencial --- how come JIMI is in the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME, and BLIND LEMON is not?

THAT my friends --- shall be the final arbiter of TRUTH in this matter.

And, I have seen EVH countless times during their glory years. there just is no comparison!
