Dems won a battle today for Obamacare (the democratic wet dream) but they probably didn't count on what CJ Roberts did in reality. What he did was to say that Obama just passed the largest middle class tax hike in history and that it was up to him (not the courts) on how it proceeds from here.

Not only that but there are so many pissed off GOPs right now that their base will most certainly be on fire come November.

Oh, and Holder is held in criminal contempt of Congress, Obama looks like a fool for his executive priveledge order on that (who's the liar now?) and 21 dems voted for that. Next up? Civil contempt.

Strange day, but it is a political playground where these shenanigans play out and Roberts astutely kept the Jusicial branch out of it. And rightly so if you ask me.
