Hey I'm not a religious guy and factually from a political standpoint I'd be considered just slightly right of dead center. The reason for that is because even though I am all about everybody having equal rights and healthcare would be really a nice one, but I am staunchly fiscally conservative and we are dead broke as a country. We are in debt up to our eyeballs as it is. How the hell are we supposed to pay for this shit? Yeah I know how, more taxes on me...the working man.You see, like all states I can't just print money (unlike the Fed) and have to find a way to pay the bills each month. And federal government doesn't actually generate money anyway, they just take it from me (or print it)and that is where Roberts failed me today. He said it is constitutional for government to take it from me in taxes. The problem with that is though is that Obama is once again a liar and his pants will be on fire. He insisted that he wants to help the middle class but he turned around and decided to tax us to death (I am a middle class worker). And now he will have a REAL fight on his hands. We have two cartels running the country and they are both after government power...their own power. Neither party cares and Romney is just Obama light as far as I'm concerned. Same with Roberts. He just wanted to deflect the spotlight off himself and his branch of government. Half of this country (well 40% anyway) is already on some unsustainable government assistance and it is a lifestyle for them. Me, I qualify only to feed that system. It is a mentality that democrats have encouraged for 100 years and (working) people are getting tired of it. Well, those of us that pay for it.We've allowed our public schools to be mediocre at best (at the cost of property owners like me...natch county renters and I don't even have any kids) and it disgusts me. Especially in my crappy school district. Mo money is the mantra, but we are all struggling and I am tired of paying for everybody else.Nobody that thinks like a liberal can even hatch a plan that can pay for this shit (except to take MY money). Do you think once all the illegals and the 40% "poor" in this country (aka unwilling to work because they are paid not to) have any incentive now to pull themselves up? They get "free" health care now in addition to free cell phones free housing, free cash on an EBT and free government food. Hey why the hell not supplement a drug slingin income on Obama's (my) dime? You would probably say that what got jammed down my throat IS the plan and I would agree because not even Pelosi was willing to read it and just said "we have to pass this".Does that mean I shirk my responsibilties? Absolutely not. I have a heart, but I don't have a heart for wasters and spenders and half the country that just game the ridiculously bloated system at my expense. And that includes not only the slackers at the bottom, but the slackers at the top that create the enviornment for such abuse and then retire with better health care and full pensions (unlike myself that works for it).Obamacare will be as I said before, the single largest and most horrific tax on the working class taht ever came down the pike. And at a time of near depression, I believe this will be a very very hard sell for Obama.Oh and Holder needs to pay for what he did too. That asshole knew exactly what was going on but he won't because the two cartels are after the same goal and they always let each other off the hook. Full government retirement pension and healthcare of course, courtesy of me. Whatever happened to the buck stops here (at the top?). Nobody takes responsibility for their own actions anymore wtf.Roberts appears as a traitor to me for what he did, but he gave the GOP one last chance to show some backbone and force the left to make some very hard decisions. I know that Obama could win again because he sells to the slackers and they don't want the "obama cash" to dry up. But his (their) fight will be met with extreme predjudice come November. And this fight isn't over just because of Roberts wimpy tap out. He has lifetime tenure and all the government bennies after all.
