One day, we'll understand the underlying brain circuitry that accounts for that cohort of 1/3. In the meantime, the 2/3 of humanity who are okay with uncertainty, who don't require a big daddy to turn to for comfort, had better get their act together, or we'll have a tyranny of the minority, with their heightened sense of mission, energy, and power.
