Personally --- I feel like who gives a shit if the state recognizes any relationship between two people. I do not have a marriage license --- and there is no way I ever would either.

All I care about is that Paula recognizes it --- and myself as well. Who fucking cares what the state of New York thinks?!?!?!?

As I stated a few months ago --- it is these "marriage licenses" that make the state a legal party and participant to the marriage. This is the jurisdiction that has been used to take children away from parents and a host of other matters where it should be EMINENT DOMAIN BEGINS AT MY FRONT DOOR --- fuck off!

Now a couple people mentioned PARENS PATRIAE --- that is the technique used --- however the JURISDICTION arises out of the marriage license that was unknowingly entered into between the two parties of the marriage.

I have had a couple of people say to me that I am living in sin by not having a marriage license. Oh yeah, who's church? Since I renounced my own Catholic baptism --- I could care less about what the "church" says or thinks.

In my book the Catholic Church lost all credibility when they adopted the policy of fucking little boys.
