Okay, anybody interested in the African viewpoint? (Re the pricing thing?)
Average price here for a new release CD is about R159.99. To know what that is in $, we pay about R6.50 for one dollar.
My in-laws recently went to Scotland, and brought back the "Alien" Quadrilogy DVD boxset for my wife. It cost them 25 pounds. In South Africa? Cheapest I found it at was R1499. Still feel like YOU'RE getting screwed?
